Combining different techniques from different cultures and philosophies Little Om also offers practical exercises as means of learning the skills of mindfulness –being awake and fully aware. And teaches children and their parents to live in peace and in harmony with the environment.

ZEN-YOGA
The body should be triangular the mind circular, and the square stands for solidity. As the triangle represents the generation of energy and is the most stable physical posture. The circle symbolizes serenity and perfection and the square the basis to applied control. Activate the mind and the body without dwelling on anything.
